Mais elle est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre une fatalit\u00e9, et nous pouvons agir pour limiter les effets n\u00e9gatifs de celle-ci, voire d\u00e9velopper d&rsquo;autres aptitudes utiles&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Deux grands axes de travail se d\u00e9gagent lors d&rsquo;un entra\u00eenement mental en phase de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation: une action sur le v\u00e9cu de la blessure et les \u00e9motions associ\u00e9es, et une action sur la ma\u00eetrise technique des gestes et situations propres \u00e0 la pratique sportive en question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Le v\u00e9cu et les \u00e9motions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les incertitudes et \u00e9tats d\u2019humeurs n\u00e9gatifs parfois mesurables pendant cette p\u00e9riode, on retrouve :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Anxi\u00e9t\u00e9-Tension<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Col\u00e8re-Hostilit\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Confusion-Perplexit\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 D\u00e9pression<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Fatigue\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le d\u00e9montre la recherche scientifique, les facteurs psychologiques intrins\u00e8ques exercent une grande influence sur la mani\u00e8re dont les athl\u00e8tes r\u00e9agissent \u00e0 la blessure, et la mani\u00e8re dont ils s\u2019engagent dans le processus de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation. Les \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent \u00e9galement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019un entra\u00eenement mental, quant \u00e0 la gestion des \u00e9tats d&rsquo;humeurs, l\u2019adh\u00e9sion au traitement m\u00e9dical, la gestion de la peur de se reblesser, et la facilitation du retour \u00e0 la pratique sportive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>La ma\u00eetrise technique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On le sait moins, mais pour favoriser un retour optimal, l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement mental permet \u00e9galement de conserver les aptitudes techniques et kinesth\u00e9siques (sensation du mouvement) li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;un geste sportif en particulier, ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 de vision et de compr\u00e9hension d&rsquo;une situation de jeu propre au sport pratiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un outil valid\u00e9 scientifiquement comme l&rsquo;imagerie mentale par exemple, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des outils compl\u00e9mentaires (ex: la vid\u00e9o), va permettre de simuler mentalement le geste et de conserver le savoir-faire. Lorsque l&rsquo;athl\u00e8te peut recommencer \u00e0 se tenir debout et\/ou bouger suffisamment les membres n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution du geste, il pourra m\u00eame le simuler physiquement \u00e9galement, et compl\u00e9ter la seule visualisation mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enjeu est donc d\u2019agir rigoureusement sur les variables psychologiques, afin que l\u2019athl\u00e8te recouvre la pleine possession de ses moyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;outils valid\u00e9s scientifiquement et propres \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration mentale (relaxation\/m\u00e9ditation, imagerie mentale, fixation d&rsquo;objectifs&#8230;), coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des progr\u00e8s et au travail des professionnels de sant\u00e9, permettent une prise en charge compl\u00e8te et efficace de l&rsquo;athl\u00e8te en phase de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In\u00e9vitable durant une carri\u00e8re d&rsquo;athl\u00e8te, la blessure impacte n\u00e9cessairement les pens\u00e9es, les \u00e9motions et les comportements du sportif.
